Founded in 2004, Sacred Hour Spa has provided thousands of massages and superior spa experiences for its clientele. Sacred Hour has been awarded Best Spa by Cleveland Scene for multiple years, and was a finalist in Cleveland Magazine’s “Best of the West” which showcases the most outstanding businesses on Cleveland’s West Side.
One of the best spa experiences I’ve had, and they’re one of the only places I’ve found that offers a massage focused on the head, neck, and shoulders (it’s their Indian Head Massage). I booked that for myself and an aromatherapy massage for my husband.
Mine was wonderful. Katie did a great job asking all the questions (pressure level, areas to focus on) up front so that I could fully relax in peace throughout the massage. At no point during the massage did it feel like she was rushing through an area, which is something I’ve occasionally experienced elsewhere. She took the full 45 minutes…not 2 or 3 minutes shorter which is also something I’ve experienced elsewhere, more often than not.
My husband did the aromatherapy massage with Allison, and he said it was the best massage he’s ever had.
A couple weeks after our visit, they started offering CBD massages – so yeah, I’ll be back. — 9/19/2019
I rarely write reviews but this place is so good I felt I needed to. I have had many massages by Sacred Hour therapists over the last ten years and they have been truly amazing. The level of luxury, professionalism and knowledge is incredible.
I am looking forward to bringing my daughter and her friends there to celebrate a special occasion together. The owner Tabitha goes above and beyond to meet your every need. Even mailing me products when I run out. I highly recommend this spa. — 12/11/2024
KATHY has the hands of a freaking GODDDESSSS!! she’s the only person i will go to from here on out. can’t wait for my next appointment. she pin pointed every part that needed to be worked on. i was literally in tears with how good i felt after my session. 20/10 recommend!!! i had a hardcore pinch from sleeping wrong… afterwards i felt like it was 90% GONE! daydreaming about my next massage. with my wedding in 11 days i have extra tension & she did gods work with my deep tissue massage. i have never experienced such an amazing massage experience. Sacred Hour has been my go to for many years for top notch spa services especially deep tissue massage. I am a massage therapist myself & have a very high level of standard when it comes to therapeutic, specific massage for my particular needs & areas of pain. I’m leaving this review to share an incredible new talent on the Sacred Hour team. I received a 90 minute deep tissue with Nathan & it was hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. Nathan is very intuitive and his knowledge of anatomy & physiology is very apparent in his use of techniques & perfect pressure. If you’re looking for an amazing deep tissue therapist do yourself a favor & book a massage with Nathan. — 1/15/2025
My mom, sister, and I have unofficially made Sacred Hour spot for catching up, getting pampered, and getting some time away from our little ones. Yesterday was the third time we used our Christmas gifts for each other at Sacred Hour. We each had a Swedish massage and facial.
Our experience:
1. Scheduling- easy. They are very accommodating with groups.
2. Check in. Also easy. I had lost my gift card (I realized this en route), and they were able to look me up. The lobby is clean, modern, yet very relaxing. The decor says c’mon in…lots of grays, crisp whites, reclaimed wood, and unique styling accents. I got some of my own inspiration here. We changed in a small locker room, secured our valuables, and got into our fluffy white robes. On to the lounge upstairs…
3. Waiting. We didn’t wait for more than a few minutes.
4. The services- a. facial. Wonderful! I had Jasmine, who was calming, kind, and used what felt like 20 incredible products on my skin. She also did some extractions, which I needed. My face felt amazing after.
b. massage- I had Caitlin, and she was very good, too. She applied just the right amount of pressure, and was receptive to spots that needed more attention.
All in all, our trip was a gift. We’ll be back! — 2/5/2017
If you want to go to a day spa that will go over and above to make sure you feel warm & welcome, with an exceptional staff and a calming yet eloquent ambiance, please take the time to visit this spa, you will be glad you did!! Tabitha & Lisa were both kind and hospital from the moment we walked in the door! We were in town 5 hours away from home for my upcoming surgery, I was feeling very anxious and had a throbbing headache so my daughter suggested we go get an Indian scalp massage to help me relax and hopefully get rid of the headache! We spent about 3.5 hours here and by the time we were ready to leave I felt so much calmer and no headache! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us on short notice, and to Tabitha and Lisa for being such wonderful ladies!! You two made my time here so much better! 💕 💖 💕 — 5/5/2025
